About our midtown location
767 Third Avenue is located on the east side of Midtown Manhattan between 47th and 48th streets. Situated in the Turtle Bay neighborhood, our office is surrounded by a diverse mix of brownstones, residential towers and skyscrapers. The United Nations now stands where the bay once was, and the 40-acre tract once known as Turtle Bay Farm has evolved into an urban landscape including parks, restaurants and hotels.

IRT LEXINGTON AVENUE LINE
(this is good for passengers arriving at Grand Central Station)
Take the 4 or 5 train to 42ND Street - Grand Central. Walk northeast on Third Avenue towards E 43rd Street.
8TH AVENUE LINE
(this is good for passengers arriving at Penn Station)
Take the A train to 34th Street and transfer to the E train. Get off at Lexington Avenue / 53RD Street and walk southwest on Third Avenue towards E 52nd Street.
7TH AVENUE LINE
(this is good for passengers arriving at Penn Station)
Take the 2 or 3 to 42nd Street - Times Square and transfer to the S shuttle train heading to GRAND CENTRAL. Get off at 42nd Street and Third Avenue and proceed north towards 47th Street.

FROM FDR DRIVE
Take the FDR DRIVE NORTH to the E 42 Street exit, EXIT 9. Make a slight
right onto E 42ND STREET and proceed to Third Avenue. Turn RIGHT onto
THIRD AVENUE and continue until you reach our offices on the right just
past 47th Street.
FROM NEW JERSEY
Take the Lincoln Tunnel toward NEW YORK CITY and exit on the left toward I-495 E/42 ST/RT-9A/ALL POINTS. Stay straight to go onto DYRE AVENUE and turn right onto W 42ND STREET. Proceed down to THIRD AVENUE and turn left. The office is on the right hand side of the street.
FROM BROOKLYN
Take the Brooklyn Bridge and exit via the FDR DRIVE/PEARL STREET ramp. Merge onto FDR DRIVE NORTH. Follow directions above “From FDR Drive.”
FROM AIRPORTS
LaGuardia: take the Grand Central Parkway west toward MANHATTAN. Merge onto BROOKLYN QUEENS EXPRESSWAY E via EXIT 4 toward I-278 W/STATEN ISLAND. Take the I-495/L.I. EXPRESSWAY exit, EXIT 35, toward MIDTOWN TUNNEL/EASTERN L.I./GREENPOINT AVENUE. Merge onto I-495 W via EXIT 35W on the LEFT toward MIDTOWN TUNNEL/MANHATTAN. Take the exit toward 38-40 STS/37 ST and make a slight left turn onto E 37th Street. Take the first right onto Third Avenue and the office will be on the right hand side of the street.
JFK: Merge onto I-678 N/VAN WYCK EXPRESSWAY toward AIRPORT EXIT/RETURN TO
TERMINALS/LONG TERM PARKING/RENTAL CAR RETURNS. Merge onto GRAND CENTRAL
PARKWAY WEST via EXIT 10 on the LEFT toward LA GUARDIA AIRPORT/TRIBORO
BRIDGE. Take the I-495/LONG
ISLAND EXPRESWAY exit, EXIT 10E-W, toward EASTERN LONG ISLAND/MANHATTAN
and merge onto I-495 W via EXIT 10W on the LEFT. Take the exit toward
38-40 STS/37 STREET and make a slight left turn onto E 37th Street. Take the first right onto Third Avenue and the office will be on the right hand side of the street.
Newark: Take the I-95 N/NJ TURNPIKE NORTH exit on the LEFT. Keep LEFT to take
I-95 N/NEW JERSEY TURNPIKE NORTH toward I-80/EXITS 15E -
18E/US-46/LINCOLN TUNNEL. Take EXIT 16E toward LINCOLN TUNNEL/NEW YORK
CITY. Keep left and take RT-495 EAST and follow directions above “From New Jersey.”
