Our expertise includes secured and unsecured financings at all levels in the capital structure, for acquisition, bridge, project and working capital purposes, as well as specialty credits for investment funds and in the insurance industry.
Our representations also include workout situations for troubled credits, debtor in possession financing, and exit financing for companies emerging from Chapter 11 reorganization. We have expertise in taking security in most assets classes, and are frequently called upon to analyze facilities for parties contemplating participation in existing financings.
