We regularly handle a variety of claims that arise during construction, including design and construction defects, insurance claims, contractor and sub-contractor disputes, mechanics' liens, and disputes with the municipal agencies. In addition, we regularly are retained in disputes between the partners of both general and limited real estate partnerships. These include issues surrounding partnership accounting and the disposition and sale of partnership assets.
