About our downtown office:
180 Maiden Lane is a 40-story green glass tower between Front and South Streets. We are two blocks south of the South Street Seaport. Note: security procedures require that your name or group affiliation be on a visitor list or that the security guard call up when you arrive (if they need to call, have them call our 34th Reception Desk, 806-5656). If you have bags they will have to go through airport-like x-ray machines. You will take the escalator to the second floor, at which time you should go to the left, where there is a Stroock concierge desk (which is open until 6 p.m.). You will then go to the second bank of elevators and get off on the 34th floor, where our main reception desk is.

IRT LEXINGTON AVENUE LINE
(this is good for passengers arriving at Grand Central Station)
Take No. 4 or 5 Express to WALL Street and Broadway. Exit and cross Broadway to Wall Street. Walk all the way down Wall Street to Water Street. Cross at the traffic light. Make a left (staying on Water Street) and walk 2 blocks. At Maiden Lane and Water Street, turn right and walk 1 block on Maiden. We are at the intersection of Maiden Lane and Front Street.
IRT 7TH AVENUE LINE
(this is good for passengers arriving at Penn Station)
Take No. 2 or 3 Express to WALL Street. Walk to the middle of the train and exit at Pine Street. The intersection will be Pine Street and William Street. Walk down Pine Street staying on the left side of the street. Cross at intersection at Water Street, turn left, walk 1 block to Maiden Lane. At Maiden Lane and Water Street, turn right and walk 1 block on Maiden Lane. We are at the intersection of Maiden Lane and Front Street.
R or N LINE
Take the R or N train to SOUTH FERRY and walk to the front of the train before exiting station. At Water Street walk approximately 7 blocks. At Maiden Lane and Water Street, turn right and walk 1 block on Maiden Lane. We are at the intersection of Maiden Lane and Front Street.
IND A or C 8th AVENUE LINE
Take the A or C Brooklyn bound train to the BROADWAY/NASSAU STATION. Take the first car. When you reach the station find the exit to Fulton Street. Walk down Fulton Street approximately 4 blocks until you reach Water Street. Make a right on Water Street, walk on Water Street approximately 3 blocks to Maiden Lane, make a left and walk 1 block on Maiden Lane. We are at the intersection of Maiden Lane and Front Street. Alternative: instead of exiting at Fulton Street, transfer to the 2 or 3 train for one stop and then follow the directions for the IRT 7th Avenue Line above. Directions by bus or ferry
BUS ROUTE
Take the SECOND AVENUE "SOUTH FERRY" BOUND M-15 bus to Maiden Lane. The bus will leave you at the corner of Maiden Lane and Water Street. Cross Water Street and walk 1 block on Maiden Lane. We are at the intersection of Maiden Lane and Front Street.
FROM SOUTH FERRY TERMINAL
Walk across Peter Minuit Plaza to Water Street. Continue on Water Street for 7 blocks. At Maiden Lane and Water Street, turn right and walk 1 block on Maiden Lane. We are at the intersection of Maiden Lane and Front Street.
BUS ROUTE FROM SOUTH FERRY
Take the M-15 bus that leaves the South Ferry Terminal. Get off at the corner of Maiden Lane and Water Street. (Do not cross Water Street.) At Maiden Lane and Water Street, turn left and walk 1 block on Maiden Lane. We are at the intersection of Maiden Lane and Front Street.
BY FERRY FROM NEW JERSEY
(note: this is currently in a state of flux; more ferries are to be added)
Take the New York Waterways ferries from Hoboken or Jersey City to Pier A (at Battery Park). You can either walk from there or (during certain times) connect up to a free shuttle ferry to the Wall Street Pier (Pier 11).
If walking, continue along the northside of Battery Park to Bowling Green. On the east side of the Green take Beaver Street for about five blocks, where it merges with Pearl Street at Wall Street. Turn right on Wall Street for two blocks, which is Front Street. Turn left on Front Street for two blocks.
If taking shuttle ferry: Turn right off the pier and walk three blocks north on South Street (under the FDR) to Maiden Lane and turn left (west). That is our office.

FROM FDR DRIVE
Brooklyn Bridge Exit. The exit splits (do not take the ramp to the bridge). After leaving the bridge exit, at the traffic light, take Pearl Street a few blocks until you reach a fork in the road (there is a playground there). Bear left, which is the wider road, which then becomes Water Street. Take Water Street about three blocks south to Maiden Lane. Turn left onto Maiden Lane. Travel 1 block to Front Street.
Exit #1. The exit will take you right onto Broad Street. Travel 1 block. At Broad Street and Water Street turn right and travel 6 blocks to Maiden Lane. At Maiden Lane and Water Street, turn right and travel 1 block on Maiden Lane. We are at the intersection of Maiden Lane and Front Street.
FROM NEW JERSEY
Take the Lincoln or Holland Tunnels or the George Washington Bridge to the West Street south. Take the highway to the Battery and proceed under the Battery following the signs to the FDR Drive. Immediately after emerging from the underpass, bear right (exit 1) onto South Street; do not continue on the FDR. Proceed north on South Street under the now-elevated FDR to Maiden Lane, one block north of Wall Street (Wall Street has the only traffic light you will pass on South Street). Turn left onto Maiden Lane.
FROM LOWER MANHATTAN
Take Broadway south to Liberty Street. Turn left (east) on Liberty on go two blocks. Just past the Federal Reserve Building at Williams Street, Liberty and Maiden Lane merge at Legion Memorial Square. You will then pass Gold, Pearl and Water Streets. We are in the next block.
FROM BROOKLYN
Take the Brooklyn Bridge. Take Park Row south to Broadway. Follow the directions above.
FROM AIRPORTS
LaGuardia: take the Grand Central Parkway west to the Triborough Bridge. Take the bridge to the FDR south. Then follow FDR directions above.
JFK: Take the Belt Parkwest west to the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel. Stay in the right lane of the tunnel. Bear to the extreme right once you get out of the tunnel. Go approximately four blocks to Liberty Street, which turns into Maiden Lane (note: these directions may be affected by WTC reconstruction)
Newark: Take Highway 21 heading south for 1.2 miles. Turn left on US 78 heading east for 11 miles. Take the Holland Tunnel. Follow directions for West Street (Route 9A). Follow "From New Jersey" directions above. Note: The block count is approximate, depending on which side of the street you are on
