Cooperatives and Condominiums

Stroock represents over 200 co-ops and condos in every facet of their management and operations. Our clients have included:

• Luxury apartment houses on Fifth and Park Avenues;
• Large hotel cooperatives such as The Sherry-Netherland, The Pierre and The Carlyle;
• Residential and mixed-use condominium associations such as Essex House and The Promenade;
• In connection with their offerings of condominium units, we have also represented Millennium Partners, Extell Development Company, The Clarett Group, The Brodsky Organization, The Carlyle Group, Apollo, Brack Capital, The Related Companies L.P., Vornado Realty Trust, Rockrose, The Trump Organization and the Property Market Group; and
• We also serve as counsel to the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). This includes advising REBNY’s Resident Management Council on cooperative and condominium issues.
