Directions
From the West (airport):
Take 836 East to I-95 South. Exit at Biscayne Boulevard (Exit 3), which is a left-lane exit. Go straight through the traffic light at the end of the exit ramp, and also through the second traffic light. The building is on your left. The road curves around to the front of the building, S.E. 2nd Street, but you need to make a sharp left to get there. (If you wind up on Biscayne Boulevard going North, simply make a U-turn and come back down Biscayne to the front of the building.)
From the South:
Take US-1 to I-95 North. Exit at Biscayne Boulevard. Go straight through the traffic light at the end of the exit ramp, and also through the second traffic light. The building is on your left. The road curves around to the front of the building, S.E. 2nd Street, but you need to make a sharp left to get there. (If you wind up on Biscayne Boulevard going North, simply make a U-turn and come back down Biscayne to the front of the building.)
From the North:

NOTE: The parking garage is a separate structure connected to the building by a walkway. You must enter the parking garage from the front of the building, which is the North side.
